I have set up a filter which looks for FWD and/or >>> marks. It trashes any emails that have those. I live more serenely now.

I also have a virus alert bullshit filter since my sister in law persists in passing along this crap , in a total panic, when one of her girlfriends sends one to her. in the Trash!
